It was a brand new car with 8 miles on the odometer. I have to get a ride to work which I hate. During my warranty period I did let them know that my car would go in limp mode low power mode on engine, max speed about 40mph and I was hearing ticking noises dealership said this was normal that were not present when the car was really new the first 5000 miles I put on the car. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. Those who plugged iPods into the M3 were satisfied with the interface between tunes and car. Which is why it's the best M3 yet. The engine has to be replaced now.
